PhotoCropper 1.0 is "Shareware of the Week":
Here's what User Group Network said about PhotoCropper on 10 February 2003:
"Thank goodness BigSjake softsolutions noticed the thwart of ill-prepared, bloated, poorly
rendered photos glutting the electronic highways right after Apple announced iPhoto. Even user
group people who used to honor 'fast downloading' philosophies have fallen into the 'shovelware'
mentality.
Now, with PhotoCropper (Mac OS X) you can crop and scale your photos and save them as JPEG
files in just a few steps. Open a photo (JPEG, TIFF, PICT, PCX and even more if you have
QuickTime installed) and set your desired destination width and height. Move scale or crop
the image until you're satisfied and just select 'Save as...' from the menu. Best of all, you
can quickly and easily make your photos better -- so stop shovelling!"
